Constructed by Brookworth Homes as part of their prestigious ‘The Green’ development, these 2 bedroom semi-detached house were available for sale on Landspeed’s shared purchase terms at up to 75% of market value – with no rent to pay on the discounted element.

These new homes were available in the first instance to those having a connection to the Waverley Borough Council area (by virtue of currently living, working or having a close family member residing in the Borough) although applications from adjacent local authorities were also considered after an initial marketing period.
