Constructed by Belgrave Homes on their Meadow View development on Aldermaston Road, these newly built homes were available for immediate occupation and comprised of four 2 bedroom houses (Plots 2,3,5,6) and a single 3 bedroom house (Plot 4).

The Landspeed shared purchase scheme meant that we could offer these properties at up to 75% of the open market value to qualified purchasers (with a local connection to the Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council area) who were unable to afford the full market prices.
