Wheelchair access;

The properties were available on a 999 year leasehold basis at up to a maximum of 75% of market value with, most importantly, no rent or loan to repay on the discounted element.

Each applicant was financially qualified and individual circumstances were considered when the 75% maximum price was not achievable.
