A scheme delivering 6 new affordable semi-detached houses presently under construction by Brookworth Homes on their Beacon Road development.

The available units comprise four spacious 3 bedroom houses (1,071 sqft) and a 2 bed house (906 sq.ft) available, in the first instance, at up to 75% of open market value to applicants connected (via residence, employment or close family links) to the Wealden District Council area.

The 75% values (with no rent on the discounted share) are £348,750 for the 3 bed houses and £296,250 for the 2 bed unit.

These new homes are built to a high specification and will be available for occupation in the autumn of 2024.
