A scheme comprising a single 2 storey block of four apartments, with a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom unit on each floor.

These units were constructed by Crayfern Homes on their development in Cinders Lane and were acquired by Landspeed Homes in December 2021 with all four flats sold on immediately to applicants with local connections to the Arun District Council area (as well as being being unable to afford full market value for equivalent properties).

All four plots were sold at 75% of open market value using Landspeed’s shared equity (no loan, no rent) model.
