Three high specification apartments.
This scheme delivered three new apartments, in a single free-standing block, within a nine unit development constructed by Firgrove Homes in Ember Court Road.
The three units comprised of two 2 bedroom apartments (at ground and first floor level) with a 1 bedroom unit on the second floor. All the properties came with allocated car parking spaces and were constructed to a high specification – including fully fitted kitchens (with appliances).
The new homes were available at up to 75% of open market value with no rent payable on the balancing share. One property was sold at 70% of open market value, demonstrating the flexibility of Landspeed’s product.
In the first instance, applicants had to have a local connection with the Elmbridge Borough Council area (through either residence, employment or close family) and had to be unable to afford similar properties in the open market-place. Thereafter, adjacent local authority areas were taken into account.
