Initially available to applicants registered to purchase a new affordable home – and who were connected to the Mid Sussex District Council area – these high specification properties were constructed by Cross Construction on behalf of Landspeed.

The 3 ground floor apartments were sold to a Registered Provider for affordable rented use.
