Landspeed were appointed by Crawley Borough Council to enable the sale of these new apartments – constructed on the Council’s behalf by Crest Homes – and achieved all 26 sales in just over 12 months. All were purchased by first time buyers (including nurses, teachers, care workers and local authority employees) and all on Landspeed’s shared equity terms.
