Four new apartments and a single detached house which were delivered to Landspeed, ready for occupation, in February 2018. These units were made available in the first instance to applicants registered on www.helptobuyese.org.uk (applicants needed to have a local connection with the Mid Sussex Council area). 

Constructed to a high standard and specification, by Cross Construction, four of these properties are now occupied with  the remaining unit reserved and due to complete during the first week of April 2018.
