The remaining 2 bedroom apartment is available for £371,250 (75% of the open market value) through Landspeed’s shared purchase scheme (with no rent or loan to pay back on the discounted element). The apartment will be available during the summer of 2025.

The two 2 bed houses are priced up to £446,250 for the 75% share and will be available for occupation from April 2025.
