Eight new properties being constructed by Runnymede Homes on their “The Woodyard” development in Downside Road.

All of these new homes are available at prices up to 75% of their open market value through Landspeed’s shared purchase scheme, with sale prices ranging from £296,250 through to £446,250 (with no rent or loan to pay back on the discounted element).
