Eight new properties being constructed by Runnymede Homes on their “The Woodyard” development in Downside Road.
The four apartments are available at prices up to 75% of their open market value through Landspeed’s shared purchase scheme, with sale prices from £296,250 (with no rent or loan to pay back on the discounted element).
The two 1 bed apartments and two 2 bed apartments are being constructed to a similar specification as the open market units and will be available for occupation early in 2025.
