Eight new properties being constructed by Runnymede Homes on their “The Woodyard” development in Downside Road.

The four apartments are available at prices up to 75% of their open market value through Landspeed’s shared purchase scheme, with sale prices from £296,250 (with no rent or loan to pay back on the discounted element).

 

The two 1 bed apartments and two 2 bed apartments are being constructed to a similar specification as the open market units and will be available for occupation early in 2025.

Reservations are now being considered from applicants connected with the Elmbridge Council area (through current residence, employment of close family connection) and adjacent local authority areas.
