The houses are available at 75% of open market value to applicants connected with Elmbridge Borough Council, through residence employment or close family connection.

Both plots have now been reserved but please do not hesitate to register with us should you wish to be contacted in the event that either property fails to proceed (and for future schemes in the area).

These new homes will be available for occupation in the late summer of 2024.
