Augusta Park

A development of 11 new one and two bedroom apartments in a single block constructed on behalf of Landspeed Homes by Taylor Wimpey, within their Chariots development.
The block was acquired in December 2014 and the final purchaser moved into their new Landspeed home in August 2015.

All of the apartments were sold at 80% of open market value using a shared equity contract arrangement.
