The properties are available on Landspeed’s shared purchase scheme, where up to 75% of the value can be secured with no rent or loan to repay on the discounted element.

In the first instance, interested parties must have a local connection with the East Suffolk Council area through residence, employment or close family connection. This period will extend to adjacent local authority areas after 30th June 2025.
