Two new 3 bedroom semi-detached houses constructed by Whitehall Homes on their Greene Park Place development in Blackness Road, Crowborough.

These high specification new properties were completed in December 2021 and were available to, in the first instance, applicants with a local connection to the Wealden District Council area (through residence, employment or close family connection). Applicants had to be unable to afford similar properties in the open marketplace.

One house was sold and completed in December 2021 with the second property reserved at the same time (following a previous applicant withdrawing from the purchase less than a week before the forecasted and agreed completion) with completed taking place in March 2022.
