All bar one of these units have been reserved or sold through Landspeed’s shared purchase scheme, with six properties now occupied.

All of the properties were constructed to a similar specification as the open market units.

Applicants initially needed to be connected with the Elmbridge Council area (through residence, employment or close family connection) although adjacent local authorities areas were also included after an initial marketing period.
