A scheme comprising of two phases of new apartments and houses constructed by Sigma Homes on their Sumners Fields development in this popular village.
These new homes are available on Landspeed’s shared purchase scheme at prices up to 75% of open market value with no rent or loan applied to the discounted element. In the first instance applications will be considered from those connected with the Horsham District Council and adjacent council areas (through residence, employment or close family links) who are unable to purchase similar properties in the open market.
All of these properties come with fully fitted kitchens – with electric oven and hob, extractor fan and integrated fridge/freezer – and floor coverings (non slip vinyl to wet areas and carpets) throughout.
The first phase delivers a 2 bedroom and two 1 bedroom ground floor maisonettes with a 2 bedroom and a pair of 1 bed apartments on the first floor (from a common entrance). A first floor 1 bed and both 2 bed units have now been reserved. All of these new homes are likely to be available for occupation at the very end of 2025 and/or early in 2026*, with prices ranging from £198,750 for the 75% share.
*Unfortunately the developers have encountered considerable delays due to the late delivery of electricity connections and it is therefore presently impossible for us to provide absolute dates for when these new homes will be available to occupy.
The second phase comprises of a pair of 1 bedroom maisonettes – with enclosed gardens – and four 3 bedroom houses (all six with two car parking spaces). Three of the 3 bed houses have now been reserved. These are likely to be available early in 2026 with prices from £206,250 (1 bed maisonette) to £371,250 (3 bedroom semi) for the maximum 75% equity interest.
