Constructed by Elivia Homes on their “The Limes” development in Pound Green, these three properties were completed in August 2025 and the first sale/occupation achieved simultaneously.

These properties (comprising a single 2 bedroom house and a pair of 1 bedroom houses) were available, in the first instance, to applicants connected to the Wealden District Council area through residence, employment or close family links.

All sale were secured at 75% of the open market value with no rent or loan applied to the discounted element.
