Constructed by Taylor Wimpey Homes on their Auster Place development at Brightwell Lakes, Landspeed are delivering 22 affordable 1 and 2 bedroom apartments over three phases.

The first phase of three 1 bedroom and four 2 bedroom units is now complete and fully occupied. The seven available units fall within the second and third phases and are available for immediate occupation.

The properties are available on Landspeed’s shared purchase scheme, where up to 75% of the value can be secured with no rent or loan to repay on the discounted element.

In the first instance, interested parties must have a local connection with the East Suffolk Council area through residence, employment or close family connection (although adjacent local authority areas and the entire Suffolk region can now be considered).
