Eight new properties constructed by Runnymede Homes on their “The Woodyard” development in Downside Road.

All of these units have been reserved through Landspeed’s shared purchase scheme with occupations likely to commence during August 2025.

All of the properties are constructed to a similar specification as the open market units.

Applicants initially needed to be connected with the Elmbridge Council area (through residence, employment or close family connection) although adjacent local authorities areas were also included after an initial marketing period.
