These high specification new homes came with carpets; kitchens from the Symphony Woodbury range; built in ovens with ceramic hobs and extractor fans; washer/dryers and fridge freezers. 

Offered in the first instance to applicants connected to the Chichester District Council area (via employment, close family or existing residence) these homes were available on Landspeed’s shared purchase model at prices of up to 75% of open market value, with no rent payable on the discounted element and no loan to repay.
